Kimberly is a self-described “seeker”, with a deep and formidable curiosity in both the human condition and how our modern interpretation of work influences our relationship to each other and the planet.
She has spent the last decade building opportunities by challenging the status quo in a vast number of modern organizations and industries. During this decade of personal and professional growth, Kimberly started honing her natural talents as deep listener, facilitator, and change maker. Through this work she realized the magic of merging purpose with possibilities and personal empowerment, creating imaginative environments capable of implementing generative solutions. Her experience and abilities are complimented by a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Science.
She has witnessed firsthand the transformation possible inside organizations when individuals feel alive, empowered, aligned, and working as a high performing team. This led to the creation of Autumn Goose Coaching Inc. in 2020. Autumn Goose Coaching Inc. is dedicated to merging purpose with profit through organizational evolution and individual thriving. She partners with businesses of the future to bring enhancing visions to life while motivating others to do the same. Kimberly believes that behind closed doors what most people want for themselves and the world, is good. She uses coaching to empower leaders and teams to move towards their goals.
Kimberly has created custom programs which combine cutting edge leadership and personal development training and facilitation techniques with personal coaching containers that challenge leaders and teams to unleash their best selves while learning to believe in their own power to facilitate change. Leaders have described this approach as a tidal wave which 10x-ed their initial return on investment, with even greater long-term results to come.
Kimberly is a believer in the human journey and the art of filling this space between life and death with purpose, meaning, and growth. Kimberly’s executive coaching and leadership development echoes the fusion of her personal journey with teachings from philosophy, Buddhism, poetry, and personal development psychology with business acumen and a focus on experientially defining conscious capitalism.
This passion is further explored in the Autumn Goose podcast, Business Dharma, which interviews and dissects the strategy of thought leaders who explore progressive concepts, using business as the vehicle for a better future.

Tanner James
Hi,
My name is Tanner James and I am the Chief Storyteller here at Autumn Goose Coaching.
Everyone remembers a good story. We’ve used the art and myth of storytelling to shape our values and ethics as a society since the dawn of time. I believe that a culture is expressed through the native tongue, and that languages are worth preserving and documenting for posterity.
I love how a story can almost instantly take us back to another time and allow us to see the world through another perspective. A traditional folk song has the ability to continually reinvent itself when sang by another voice, until these ancient songs become essentially author-less. Let the song be remembered, let the singer be forgotten.
I’ve personally relied on many different mediums to tell stories. I’ve been a touring musician playing and sharing stories and songs inspired from the road. I’ve hosted and produced an alumni podcast for the University of Calgary, recording the stories of their graduates. I’ve written books about outliers and misfits who have inspired me, and recently, embraced the power of film to utilize all the skills I’ve acquired into one package.
I’ve found it gratifying to help Autumn Goose Coaching launch the Conversations with Kim podcast (if you havent’ listened to it, I highly recommend it). I have worked on video projects to help share the Autumn Goose value statement and I’ve been a consistent advisor and editor of all content flowing through the organization. I love helping people find their voice and tell their story using a combination of film, music and writing.
In a world filled with “content creators”, I look forward to helping your organization visualize your personal mythos and live into your legend.

Hi I’m Lexi,
Chief Fun Officer (CFO) at Autumn Goose Coaching. I have a passion for playing, fun, and naps brought on from over fun. I am specialized in keeping people safe, bunny business and chasing squirrels. I enjoy long walks at the dog park and hanging out with my parents in the backyard.
In addition to my complicated personal life, I also have a passion for strategy and implementation. Partnering with my mom to help bring teams alive. I am available for coaching sessions, team events, and belly rubs.
