I had the opportunity to work with Kim as I was in the early stages of entering a leadership role.

I participated in her ‘Coach Approach to Leadership’ program which included both private and one-on-one sessions. Working with Kim allowed me to reflect on how my life experiences have shaped how I was showing up in the world and developed self-awareness of my impact on others.

Through my coaching with her, I gained confidence in being able to show up authentically and stand in my power. She introduced me to the concept of Radical Candor, which I likely wouldn’t have stumbled upon myself. I have been able to utilize the skills I have developed, not only at work but in other situations in my life as well. My time spent working with her was invaluable and I speak about it often. My time with Kimberly at Autumn Goose Coaching helped me to create a vision, identify and overcome barriers, and take action. I have had the pleasure to work with Kim in an organizational setting at NOVA Chemicals in the technical group and at a personal level to advance my professional interests and goals. At NOVA, she introduced the continuous improvement mindset and framework that would then become the basis for decision-making within the organization. While that term is used and abused at most organizations, what drew my attention to Kim was her unique ability to engage and excite the group about change that was relevant to problems that plagued the technical group.
